Is Thanet Creative a charity?

Yes. Thanet Creative is an unincorporated charitable association.

An unincorporated association is a membership organisation. It can be whatever its members want it to be, and carry out whatever activity the members choose. As an unincorporated association Thanet Creative is run by our members.

Thanet Creative is bound by our constitution. The consitituion sets out the rules by which trustees are elected, how many we need, how often we should hold a general meeting, and other similar details.
